The legal and tax teams of La Tour International assisted the founders of Aera Group in the acquisition of 35% of the capital of Aera Group by ARISE Infrastructure Services (ARISE IS), on the basis of a valuation of 28.5 million euros.
Aera Group is an independent trading company dedicated to environmental certificates in Africa.
ARISE IS, a joint venture of the Africa Finance Corporation (AFC) and Olam International Ltd. develops large-scale infrastructure projects in Africa.
