Intellectual Property
The Website and each of its components – including texts, articles, newsletters, press releases, presentations, brochures, illustrations and photographs – are the exclusive intellectual property of the Firm, with the exception of third-party trademarks that may be cited (and identified by the ® sign). In addition, the intellectual property rights of the photographs reproduced on the Website have been transferred to the Firm.
