Co-founder of La Tour International and partner in charge of the Corporate / M&A department, Stéphane has been involved for more than 20 years in various areas of business law with French SMEs and SMIs, subsidiaries of foreign groups and investment funds, which he assists in their acquisition, sale, reorganization or fundraising processes.
He assists French and international clients in the field of mergers and acquisitions, advising them on strategic transactions in France and abroad. As part of his mission, Stéphane helps his clients to coordinate the intervention of foreign legal teams.

Before founding La Tour International, Stéphane started his career with PwC where he worked for 8 years.
