Paul-Albert Legrand assisted Serena Capital in its Series B financing of Brigad. The €33 million fundraising was led by Balderton Capital and also includes Wendel as well as the historical investors, Serena Capital and Square Capital.
Brigad is a platform for connecting companies and independent professionals, particularly in the catering, healthcare and medical/social sectors.
