La Tour International advised Truffle Capital in connection with the sale of MoneyTrack to 3PAY, a transaction carried out through a share exchange.
Following this operation, Truffle Capital, a long‑standing shareholder of MoneyTrack, becomes a shareholder of 3PAY alongside the other shareholders of MoneyTrack.
This acquisition enables 3PAY to strengthen its position in the healthcare third‑party payment market and to continue developing its no‑upfront‑payment solutions for insured individuals.
In parallel, 3PAY is carrying out a fundraising round with Truffle Capital, Accurafy and Side Angels to finance the integration of the two offerings and support its future developments.
