Stéphane Azria and Paul-Albert Legrand (La Tour International) accompanied Truffle Capital and Sopra Steria in their acquisition of a stake in PARTICEEP.
Created in 2014, Particeep’s mission is to support banks, insurance companies and management companies in the digitization of their distribution channels. It offers banks solutions that allow them to market all their products and services on any web or mobile platform.
The two partners have invested a ticket of 2 million euros, to take a minority stake in Particeep.
