Partner in the litigation department, Jefferson has practised business litigation for over 25 years, advising leading companies and SMEs in all business sectors, with a particular focus on insurance, telecoms, infrastructure and renewable energy.
Persuasive and determined, he knows how to untangle the most delicate pre-litigation and litigation situations and obtain results that protect his clients' interests. A fine legal mind, he builds creative and sophisticated strategies and arguments.
With a wealth of international experience, he works with clients in both French and English, whether they are based in France or abroad.
Before joining La Tour International, Jefferson began his career at Norton Rose Fulbright, where he practised for 12 years before setting up his own firm.
