Co-founder of La Tour International, Nicolas is the reference tax advisor of private clients, families, entrepreneurs, investors and groups that he assists in managing their issues in a French and international environment.
He has a strong reputation in international tax matters (transfer of tax residence, assistance with exit tax obligations, structuring, holding, transfer and sale of French assets, acquisition and sale of companies, management of income tax, wealth tax, real estate wealth tax and asset transfer issues, assistance to families and companies in their French and international projects).
Nicolas has also developed a strong expertise in regularization and compliance of all tax situations.
Passionate about his work as a lawyer, his partners and clients say that he is human, empathetic and he has very good explaining skills.
Since 2008, Nicolas has been a lecturer at ESSEC Business School in the MS DAIM program (International Business Law and Management) where he lectures on international tax law. He also lectures for the EFE and IFE in seminars and conferences dedicated to asset taxation and international taxation.
Nicolas is member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF), of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and of the Estate Planning Skill Group (EPSG).
Nicolas worked in the international tax department of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre for nearly 10 years before founding the law firm La Tour International.
