Nicoleta joined La Tour International's Corporate / M&A team in September 2024. Prior to joining the team, she completed several internships with business law firms.
Nicoleta advises both French and foreign companies, on mergers & acquisitions and fund-raising. She is also involved in monitoring the various legal issues facing these companies.
