Paul-Albert's practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and commercial law.
He assists start-ups and companies with high growth potential (especially in the fields of new technologies and biotech) at all stages of their development, during each financing round as well as during mergers and acquisitions, and in their day-to-day legal follow-up.
He also works with investors, advising them on their investment or acquisition policies.
Member of the Paris Bar since 2003, Paul-Albert worked at the Villechenon law firm before joining La Tour International in January 2020.

Bohr Energie develops and operates a monetization platform for green energy produced by independent renewable producers.
September 2024 Paul-Albert Legrand assists Truffle Capital in the sale of its stake in IPAIDTHAT to BPCE group. Bpifrance and Adelie Capital, who invested in IPAIDTHAT alongside Truffle Capital in 2021, are also selling their stakes.
