Parner at La Tour International in charge of litigation department since October 2023, Emmanuel assists and defends his clients in all legal aspects of business law litigation.

A member of the Paris Bar since 1994 and of the Luxembourg Bar since 2014, Emmanuel is a seasoned lawyer with extensive litigation experience, drawing on the full range of procedure skills (mediation/conservatory measures/short-term actions, etc.) to implement a pre-litigation and procedural strategy to protect his clients' assets over the past 30 years.

Prior to joining la Tour International, Emmanuel practiced for 18 years as a litigation partner at French law firm DDG and founded his own firm Bouttier Avocats in January 2019. Emmanuel also worked for a major insolvency law firm, where he gained extensive experience in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings.

Rigorous and analytical, but above all humane, available and responsive, Emmanuel will advise you and defend your interests with determination throughout the arduous pre-litigation, litigation and collection phases.
