Prior to joining La Tour International in 2018, Mathilde Celestin completed several internships in business law firms. Mathilde Celestin works in the Corporate - M&A department. She advises French companies (SMEs, startups, investment funds) and foreign companies on their exceptional transactions (mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, reorganization) as well as on the follow-up of their various legal issues.
