Co-founder of the firm La Tour International, Benoît is the reference tax advisor for entrepreneurs and their companies.

With an excellent tax knowledge, he has a global vision of the problems that his clients may encounter, both from a personal and professional point of view.

Benoît has developed a strong expertise in the structuring of investments, exceptional transactions and international development, as well as in tax audits, tax litigation and criminal tax matters.

He has a strong reputation in high-stakes cases such as tax raid procedures (Article L 16 B) or in the context of regularization ofhead office/permanent establishment in France.

Benoît advises entrepreneurs in their day-to-day tax and declaration issues, in the structuring of their personal assets (financial and real estate), in France and abroad, in the perspective of a transmission or not, and also in the preparation of the transfer of their professional tool, or its transmission.

Benoit likes to invest his time to assist his clients in reaching their objectives, safely. He devotes part of his time to the organization of seminars dedicated to them but also for the EFE and IFE.

Benoit is member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF), of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and of the Estate Planning Skill Group (EPSG).

Benoît worked for CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre for 4 years and for Taj (member of the Deloitte network) for 8 years before founding the firm La Tour International.
